This course is designed for individuals who are a lead auditor and wish to extend their knowledge to audit occupation health and safety management systems against ISO 45001 Requirements & want to satisfy the formal auditor conversion training requirements for the CQI & IRCA

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, delegates will have:

Knowledge on the purpose and benefit of a health and safety management system

Definitions to help interpret ISO 45001

Importance of hazards identification

Prepare audit plans

Analyse ISO 45001 clauses and suggest examples of evidence that would show conformance with these requirements

Evaluate objective evidence and correctly identify conformance and non-conformance with requirements

Report findings accurately against requirements of ISO 45001 & Write and grade nonconformity reports and evaluate proposals for corrective actions

Certification requirements to become a registered auditor

Purpose and benefits of an OH&S management system

Essential definitions to help you interpret and audit ISO 45001 requirements

Analyse ISO 45001 clauses and suggest examples of evidence that would show conformance with these requirements

Importance of hazard identification and assessment of risk and opportunities

Review and evaluate conformance with ISO 45001

Prepare an on-site audit plan that establishes effect audit trails across processes, areas and between members of an audit team

Gather objective evidence through observation, interviewing and reviewing documentation

Evaluate objective evidence and correctly identify conformance and non-conformance with requirements

Certification Requirements to become a registered auditor with CQI & IRCA
