Course Objectives
By the end of the course, delegates will have:
- Designed training policy and strategy focusing on improved business performance
- Examined training budgets, their development and management
- Explored the key areas of interest in learning organisations
- Developed approaches to Training Needs Analysis, Planning and performance management
- Identified the practicalities of running effective training courses, resourcing training and development, designing courses
- Explored training evaluation techniques for in-house courses and for external training providers, and examined return on investment
- Understood human behaviour in terms of training the individual and coping with different learning preferences
