Introducing the NEW E-Learning for IOSH Managing Safely! Where you can study whenever and wherever suits you!

Who should take this course?

  • Designed for managers and supervisors - who need to manage Health & Safety in compliance to their organisation's policy.
  • Individuals that are new to Health & Safety as a part of their job role.

Course Aims:

By the end of the course everyone will understand:

  • Responsibilities for promoting health and safety in the workplace.
  • The human, legal and financial consequences of incidents.
  • How to build a positive health and safety culture.
  • How to identify hazards, measure risks and conduct a risk assessment.
  • How to control risks by implementing the right precautions.
  • How to review safety systems, introduce new controls and implement changes to improve health and safety.
  • How to measure the performance of health and safety in the workplace.
  • How to report and investigate incidents.

Course Duration?

The E-Learning is valid for 12-months to complete (from sign up date). However, this course takes approximately 24hours to complete, and most people complete the course within 3-months.

Assessment and Certificate?

  • A multiple-choice assessment to complete consisting of 30 questions at the end of the course.
  • Participants must also submit a risk assessment of their workplace or a setting of their choice.
  • Participants will receive a certificate on successful completion of the course.
